Form not showing in Portal

Hi

 

I am building a Portal and have added a form which shows in the Designer and appears to save however when you select "Browse website" and view in browser it's not visible.

In designer the form shows however if I navigate away then back to the New Application page the form is not visible however is in a box about 1px high as shown below in the second image. Test is just a text box added to the container to confirm same form was being published to the Portal.

I have added and removed multiple times with no change. Here is the content page

Any ideas on why it seems to collapse and not displaying?

    An old one, but for anyone looking for a solution. 

     

    When the form on the web page is a multi-step form and you either delete data (during testing) or change steps on the form ENSURE you delete all sessions on the multi-step form from the Portal Management. 

     

    This will fix the issue of the multi-step form not displaying (or at least it did for me!)

    Hi Christian

     

    Thanks you are correct however when I add it to the content form vs in the UI editor as you indicated it then isn't located in the section that it was added to. As it did render the form so will mark as answered.

    @antc2 ,

    in the screenshot of the page, the entry for basic form is missing. The basicform should be referenced in the yellow marked area.

    I can not tell you, why its not there, but this is most likely the issue. So, just set a reference to the basic form in the entry and try again.

    PS i do not use (haven't used yet 🙂 ) the designer, i do it always in the dataverse. So i can not assist what to do in the designer, may be @ragavanrajan has an idea what fails
