When a user select's a 'choice' item (connector: SharePoint list) in a PowerApps form, can you auto-populate another form field w/ column from same SP Item?

Hello all!

Here is a screenshot of my SharePoint list:

... and I have an app where I am creating a new form that has multiple fields.

My question: Let's say I select "Wellness Center" in the 'Purpose' field (since it is a choice-type column) ... is it possible to auto-populate the 'Description' form field w/ the corresponding value column from "Description" column in same SP Item?

So ideally, if "Wellness Center" was selected in the 'Purpose' field, it should auto-populate 'Description' form field with: "Assess and update Restaurant IT equipment to look and work like new."

Is this possible? If so, what logic could I use to achieve this? Thank you so much 🙂
