App persists in asking "App Permissions", and Gmail fails with correct ClientID and Secret

My client cannot use App for a month just because of this.

I have searched many but no such information, and I have blindly tried many. I am getting tired over frustrations.

Please anybody, please HELP.

Here's what I did:

- I built an app years ago. It had been working well until a few months ago. Issue started since then.

- It works in the primary account where I created the app with, but in my secondary account in the same organization, app never lets us use due to this issue (explaining below).

- App gives me 1 inconvenience and 1 issue(below). Both never happened a few months ago. Those are what I am asking solutions for.

1. Inconvenience: "App Permission" window pops up & keep asking to sign in whenever I launch the app in the secondary account

I refreshed my sharepoint lists and Flows connected to this app and saved, no luck. I granted each sharepoint lists EDIT permission to my secondary account. No luck.

I tried "Save As" to create as a new app, it works, but it starts asking to sign in to each connectors after days. It is ridiculous if I need to keep doing this, yes? 😞

2. Issue: In the "App Permissions" popup, Gmail connector asks ClientID and ClientSecret

Title explains it. When I click "Sign in" of Gmail connector in "App Permissions" popup, the above image pops up. I entered the clientID and secret I registered on my GoogleWorkspace's Cloud App, it gives me an error as below:

The error says "Server sent an invalid response for api call: IConnectionResponse"

I have been fighting this already a few months and am getting exhausted literally. My client cannot process the business so they work on it manually.

Could anybody help?? Even tiny hints or clues I am ready to search matter related to it.

Thank you so much in advance.

i would redo the connector/connection. I would bet your sign in is out of date or the password changed, that's how it looks when I have experienced password changes and things seemingly work but require others to sign in with weird info like that

    Hi @developingteal (for reply below),
It seems like PowerPlatform Community renewed the web UI & cannot see your reply. Have you wrote anything here, or is the body of your reply empty?
Dear Microsoft, I really hope you would make any new updates better as we expect, both for our apps and this community web site. :/

It is showing up now, I think things are still getting sorted out by microsoft with the migration.

Thank you again for the helpful idea. I did change my org's passwords so I have tried recreating my flow, but the issue still never goes away. :(

The flow includes Gmail's "Send Email (v2)" connector, and I signed in by "Bring your own application" as MS Learn's guideline says so (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/gmail/#creating-an-oauth-client-application-in-google). Since this pesky permission prompt asks "Fix Connection" to my Gmail connector, I temporarily tried using Outlook's "Send an Email (v2)" and of course it lets me into the app since it quit asking me (able to reach "Allow" button). But I have a particular reason to use Gmail connector. I hope I can hear for any other idea to achieve this.

you need to go into the connections page. I would remove the connection you have set up for gmail, and redo it - as you have stated that the password has changed.

Has anyone noticed this post? These 2 issues are still here. I tried PowerShell way in the latest version but they are still dooming my day anytime I open apps in the secondary account. I asked MS with a few tickets but no one can be of any help so far. I am losing my job... Please anyone help! :(
