Trying to create developer plan but its redirecting to my work environment

    If you are referring the M365 program developer plan, Current Visual Studio Professional or Enterprise subscribers and members of qualifying programs can set up a free Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription to use for development.
     
    If you referring the Power Apps developer plan https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-apps/free try in the incognito mode 
     
    Anyone with a work or school email address backed by Microsoft Entra ID can sign up for the Power Apps Developer Plan.

    Adding to @MS.Ragavendar point: your organization’s Power Platform admin can also block users from creating new developer environments/accounts
