TransferCall action - how to use

hello, 

i need help on how to use TransferCall action from PVA extension. goal is to transfer to an external PSTN (live agent). i was hopping that in the box i can put the number but it fails. how i can use this action?

    What is the error you are getting ? Please don't forget to put "" if you are hard coding the number.
