I have a Power Virtual Assistant I've created that is connected to a Facebook Messenger app/page. This is working. As PVA only allows you kickoff the bot using phrases, I'm using the "get started" phrase from Messenger to start my bot conversation. But, I want to retrieve the page scoped ID (PSID) from messenger in order to make a call to the Facebook User Profile API in order to retrieve that user's name, email address etc... I would like to then create variables from that info I can use in my bot. But, I can't figure out how to get the PSID when the bot starts. It would be better if I could use the webhook to start the bot and retrieve the PSID for that user/session but any other method would work. Any ideas?
Have you tried the call-an-action process?
call an action -> create a flow -> insert new step -> search for HTTP
