SharePoint Power apps customized form shows as standard form

I have built a Power apps customized form for my SharePoint list. Occasionally, the form will appear as a standard SharePoint form. The only way to fix it is closing SharePoint, clearing my cache, and restarting. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Use a custom form created in PowerApps is selected under Form Settings.

    Finally found a post that worked. Add a new column to the SharePoint list and then edit and save the form. What a headache!
