I was hoping to get some help with creating this app.
I am using the "Book a Room" template offered by microsoft. There are three main things I am struggling with.
1. I need it to show only a group of rooms, not all the rooms in the tenant.
2. The person requesting - their Calendar needs to stay clear - this template is putting a calendar entry on their personal calendar - and that is not ideal because most of the people booking the rooms are administrators and booking rooms for meetings they are not going to attend personally.
3. Some kind of reporting system that keeps track of who booked what room and for how long + any other appropriate info that will help identify who they are and from which department they belong to. This will help with billing later on.
