Is there a way to filter the data source? I have created an app that pulls data from the Opportunity which has alot of records on it and I was wondering if I could filter that down to a specific brand to increase the load spead of the canvas app.

    Hi @phull543 ,

In Canvas, you can use Filter function to achieve your need.

    DataSource of ModelDrivenFormIntegration:

    Filter([@Opportunity], Brand = "IG Elements")

    Best regards,

May I know where did you want to filter that data source? Is it gallery or a dropdown or others?

Specific brand, by that, do you mean you want filter data source brand column to avoid duplicate for each brand and list down in your apps?

I am filtering the data source at the ModelDrivenFormIntegration to only include opportunities from the brand IG Elements

Is it your brand column use choice data type?

If yes, you will need to include .Value to your code for the Brand

    Filter(Opportunity, Brand.Value = "IG Elements")

Data Source only put the SP list name.

Sorry, but other than Data Source property, it also has Item property, right? Can you cut/copy and paste the same code onto the Item property?
