Hi I'm trying to bring forward the popup message instead of this dropdown. Does anyone know how to do that?

you can change the reorder setting of popup/dropdown. select the dropdown control--> click on reorder --> click send backward. or you can group all the popup controls and reorder the group to front

I've tried that steps, but it wont work.
make sure your popup controls/group should be the first or before dropdown as shown below
