Created a flow to generate an approval after a form submission. If approved, the automation posts the details with a thumbnail (png from SharePoint) to a Teams channel. Initially, the function works just as intended, but after a couple of days (I'm guessing a Teams update), the image is no longer present in the post. Is the solution to attach the image as an attachment?

The most recomend it send this image in the body of the HTML as a binary file, I don't if the update stop to work with you actual solution, but when you convert into a Binary64 content, you can use in any place.
