Hi, Power Apps Users,

I'm working on a project, and wondering about the possibility to 'Modify' , and Send Microsoft forms (surveys) from powerapps to some receivers via email?

for example, in the power app, choose the template of surveys (which I pre-built from Microsoft forms) from drop-down control, once the template is chosen, the user can add new questions to the existing form, select receiver email, and click on send, the chosen MS form (survey) will be sent to the receiver.

Is this scenario possible? What are the alternative solutions? do I need to use logic apps for example to make this scenario happen?
