Issue signing in to chatbot when testing it

Hello guys,

I am having a Chatbot (copilot studio) that I had created with generative AI option

I had followed the usual steps below :

-Setup app registration
-grant admin consent to the app
-copy the client id and secret (to paste into the chatbot configuration)
-Published the chatbot after setting "manual authentication" (Requires sign in)

Now when I try to interact with the chatbot (in chat window), it asks me to sign in. When I click "sign in"., it asks to copy a code. When I do that, it keeps showing the "please sign in" prompt over and over again. I am not sure what is the mistake I am doing.  please find screenshots below

1. I am already signed in to copilot studio using the intended user account

2. Here is the settings in the "Security" Section in Copilot studio

3. Here is the settings in AAD

4. However when I publish the bot, and try to interact with it, it keeps prompting me with the below screen (to enter access code to sign in). If I click "login" below, it asks me to copy a code. Then I come back to below screen and it keeps prompting me same as below.

Can you please advice what is it that I am missing? Why am i unable to login (not being prompted anywhere to enter credentials). I just keep coming back to this screen.

If u would have configured the Authentication properly, then clicking on Login will give you a code. You need to copy the code and paste it inside the Chatbot conversation. Once u enter the code, authentication will be successful.
Then Copilot will start the Conversation.

Copilot will not ask you to enter credentials. You just have to paste it inside the conversation and click Enter.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I still feel that there might be some steps that is missed while configuring.

Check if Azure app have the right permissions or scopes assigned to perform the actions you're requesting. Check if we have Correct API permissions and Admin consent granted for those permissions.

    Thanks.

    Hi @vinoth

I have done every bit of configuration in the links. Not sure what I am missing.

Here are the settings on the Azure AD side:
    ------------------------------------------------------

    1. Admin has consented the permissions as shown below

    2. Here is the scope I have set as per the links

    3. Here is the redirect URL (authentication settings on Azure AD :
(The only doubt I have here is that the link says to set another URI (https://europe.token.botframework.com/.auth/web/redirect)
I am not sure if this URI is to be added in addition to the existing one in screenshot)

Here is the security settings on the Copilot Studio :
    ----------------------------------------------------------------

After all these changes, I published the Chatbot. Still when I try to interact with the chatbot, it asks me to "Sign in" (which is expected). But when i click that, copy and paste the code in chat, it again asks me to sign in (keeps doing that). It doesnt let me in.

    What am i missing here?
