I love using DevOps to publish apps to customer Tenants and it seems to be working great. However, there is one caveat. How can you set environmental variables when you use the Power Platform Import Solution and are using a managed solution. On import, you don't get the option to set the variables and you can't change them manually because it's managed.
The workaround that I'm using is to manually export/import the first time to set variables, then I can use DevOps to push future updates. However, I recently had a case where I added an environmental variable later in the dev cycle and couldn't update it in the customer environment. I see information about a settings file and I assume that is the way, but can't find a clear guide on using it.
Is this there a better way? What are you guys doing?
