Downloading SP Form (Customized as "App") After Declining

I've created a SP form and used the newish Power Apps interface to customize it. When users first open the app, they are asked if they would like to download it. If a user selects no, they can utilize it as-is. However, we are finding it displays really poorly in the browser, but I cannot figure out how to have them download it as an app after declining. I've tried asking them to separately download Power Apps but the "app" doesn't display there.

How can I have users download my customized sharepoint form as an app?

Let me clarify some things in your question.

    1) Is this a SharePoint customized Form or a Power Apps Canvas App.  It sounds like a SharePoint customized form, but they only work inside SharePoint and can't be downloaded as an App.

    2) When you say "When users first open the app" are you talking about the Power Apps client application available in the Store, A Power Apps Canvas App, or the custom form in SharePoint?

If this is a Canvas App that you are opening for the first time in the Power Apps client application then you can search for it in the all Apps tab in the client. It should be there if its been shared with the user.  But if its actually a SharePoint custom form (customized in Power Apps) then there is no way to download it.

@Pstork1 Thank you for your response - it is a customized form (customized using powerapps), not a standalone app. Perhaps users were just being prompted to download powerapps then. It sounds like the best option is to copy the custom form build over to a power app and let users use whichever is the most convenient. What would you suggest is the easiest way to do that?
