I could not find the app created on the "App" tab in PowerApp Home Page.
I could only access the app by opening it from within PowerApp. This means I am not able to share the app I created with my organisation.
Any advice on this?

Have you made sure that you are in the right environment that you created those apps? You could change the environment on the right top of the site:
If this still doesn't work, please take a screenshot here for better understanding.

I saw there is actually an app called contacts in your screenshot. You can actually share the app from this page after clicking on the "..." on the right side.
Still, the issue you described is really odd. If you create an app and make sure that you have saved it successfully, will it still not show in the page you posted?

Yes, I have saved the apped successfully but it does not appear on the "apps" tab. However, It does appears in my dynamic 365.
But I could not share it from Dynamic 365. Is there anyway to make it show on the "apps" tab?
