Hello,
does anyone know if there is a way of accessing the entities/solution behind the analytics section within the Power Virtual Agent ?
I am talking about the following graphic:
Since we would like to create our own PowerBI dashboard with specific KPI`s, it is necessary to access those entities.
I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
There is not currently a way to access the aggregate data used for the built in analytics, but there is a way to recreate them using the conversation transcripts in Dataverse. There is also sample code available to get you started on building a custom Power Bi dashboard.
