I'm sure this is probably a newbie error. Can anyone tell me why the Items formula pictured below appears to work but doesn't populate my dropdown? This is a calculated column from a SharePoint list. It simply concatenates FName and LName. Thanks in advance!

did you make sure, that you are having the right permission on the sharepoint list?
happened to me once, that the dropdown was empty for some users, that was because i forgot to set the right permission (at least contribute needed)

Not sure if you have inserted a combobox within a data card from your Form control...
If you have done this, I am afraid that it is true that ComboBox could not support a Calculated column in the Form control because Calculated column is read-only in Power Apps form control:
Is it necessary for you to use a calculated column?
If it is not, I strongly suggest you use a normal column type.
I didn't know about the calculated column issue, but that explains it. Thanks for the reply!
