Our chatbot has been working for one year. Recently we found it has been disabled. I want to ask what's the possible reasons? And how could I fix it? Thanks!!
I'm glad it's working again.
The issue of publishing it should work with the latest published version.
It may have just been a BUG in your environment.

I found the chatbot can be used today. The error reason are still checking.
I propose it's because that we are editing the bot but not click "publish". As yesterday I click publish and today it can be used. The Microsoft team are still checking this for our error.

Thank you for your reply. Our chatbot is created through Teams.
Deactivate means we couldn't send messages to it on Teams. And it shows it has been disabled. I can find it in my power virtual agents but not on Teams.
Please refer to the below screenshots: "已禁用" means disabled, "无法向该机器人发送消息" means cannot send message to this bot

Which environment do you use the chatbot in? WEB or TEAMS.
What do you mean it was deactivated, you can't find it in your environment anymore or there is some error when calling the bot?
