Column does not appear to select in BPF

Hey guys!
I'm in need of some help.
I am creating a column of type "Choices", however it does not appear in my Business Process Flow for me to select as a step.
All columns appear except this one... Has anyone experienced something similar?

The column name is "Services", and it does not appear to select:

I've already created other columns, but whenever I put the "Choices" type, it doesn't appear.
If I put another type of column, there it appears.

suggestions? Thanks

    Unfortunately, the business process flow does not yet support Choices
