Copilot does not give outputs from new files uploaded to sharepoint doc library

I've been working on a Copilot with a SharePoint Doc Library as the knowledge source. The first time I bulk uploaded files to the doc library Copilot was able to search through and give correct outputs. A few days later when I started adding additional files to the doc library. Now the copilot is not able to give an output for prompts pertaining to these new files. It will still give me outputs on the original files but absolutely nothing on the new files. I have reindexed the doc library but nothing seems to work. Its been now over 2 weeks since the new set of files were added to sharepoint and copilot is still not able to read these files.

Will appreciate any recommendations I can work on to fix this issue.

If you have re-indexed the docs already, by removing the knowledge source and re-adding it, most of the times it works.
Also If your new files have different permissions, Copilot may not have access.

Also you can go to Library Settings → Advanced Settings. Look for something related to Indexing - Reindex Document Library.

    Thanks.

I got it to work by changing the content moderation from high to medium. No idea why that seemed to have work. Now I switched the knowledge source to a new doc library which was reindexed as well. The Copilot agent has again hit the same issue. This doc library was created brand new 5 days ago and about 200 html files were uploaded to it. Html files do work because I have tested them before. The files also seem to have indexed and search has crawled them too because I am able to get it to work via a Sharepoint copilot agent created inside the doc library.
