Does Power Virtual Agents have plan to support Alexa and Google Home?

Is there any place I can vote for this feature?

Thanks

    Hi @pkucoffee ,

Not yet, the idea is to talk with the bot using text, images or something like that.

    But, I created two ideas:

    Support voice messages - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/Support-voice-and-musics-messages-Power-Virtual-Agents/idi-p/438942

Support Alexa and Google Home like a channel - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/Support-Alexa-and-Google-Home-like-a-channel-Power-Virtual/idi-p/438949

If you are a developer, check out -

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/publication-connect-bot-to-azure-bot-service-channels

    ... and ...

    https://github.com/BotBuilderCommunity/botbuilder-community-dotnet

It should be possible to get this scenario working by loading the bot builder community adapter into the relay bot.

That's right! Bot Builder Community has the adapters which are also under the process of re-writing but if you have any specific requirement, please open up the GitHub issue there and we will try to address it as much we can.

    Hi @pkucoffee ,

This feature is planned to deliver in Public preview on Oct 2020.

What happened to PSTN. This was supposed to preview in July and GA in September, then it was "moved to the next wave" in the release notes - i.e. to 2020 Wave 2 but there is no sign of PSTN connectivity in the wave 2 release notes.

    -Enjoy...

Note: Google home+Alexa may not quite have support plans yet....  however we may want to alternative take a look at AI power bots.

    Yes @FranciscoOrozco ,

Maybe Covid-19 affects directly Planned features.

I think that will available to deploy Alexa skills on the next months.
