Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I created a Medical Specialty Entity and I was hoping that would help with searching the medical specialties. I think because its coming in with all Caps it is probably stopping it..Not sure..but I was hoping that was a way from me preventing entering every single specialty with an exact match so I can pull these from excel and put into a markdown table. I am not too familiar with Entities..maybe someone can guide me through this.
