How to chage date value of Date picker from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy

Hello, Expert power App developer 

I can't change value of date picker from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy (value inside isn't format) (Picture2)

I try to change in Property Format to "dd/mm/yyyy" and I change only formatting but value inside isn't change. (Picture1)

I want to change Today() value from 4/12/2024 to 12/04/2024. I saw video on youtube the value is formatting date that I want. (Picture3)

    If you are referring to here

    then it must be something in your Regional settings (it works fine for me),
