when we create new request in power app, automate flow triggers fine.
it is working and it will get into waiting state, it will send the approval request to outlook and teams.
And when the request is approved from outlook and teams, flow works fine.
but when we clicks from power app button flow isn't working.
main issue is it is not working in the power app button.
so please anyone help me with this task,

It only means you haven't properly set the flow button action in PowerApps.
There are 2 ways to achieve it. Either through Flow button action or you update a status table through PowerApps via a button depending on how your process look like.
