App looks different when I play it

I have an app that when in edit mode it works and looks great. When i open the app straight to play mode it gets all jumbled up theres buttons and features on the "play" version that I deleted hours ago. In the pictures below you can see the edit vs the play screen.

On mobile, the first screens look more similar but still differences. On the second and third screens, like i said in the original post, there are changes that I made hours ago (like 8 hours ago) that have not taken effect.

It is rare what you mention, what you could do is perhaps, is to publish the application with another name, Microsoft sometimes takes a while to erase an application from all its servers, I try what I mention just to discard. You tell me how it went

Hi @Anthony_Bellai ,

Please consider turn off the "Improved app rendering (final validation)" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your app, then re-publish your app, check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider restore your app to previous version, then check if the issue is solved. More details about restoring app to previous version, please check the follwing article:
