Hi,
As per subject.
Usually, PowerApps only send a single email to recipients of shared apps, but this time, it bombarded them with notification/reminder emails every minute (refer to screenshot).

How many users are effected by this issue? Have you tested with another app?

Everyone whom the app was shared with was affected.
Tested it with another app, and it's normal (i.e., single notification email).
