Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi All,

I am creating an app for my company to help our employees get connected to the correct support department. I have all the email functions setup but am looking to add phone support. The problem that I have is that all of our support team is now working from home and we cant give out personal phone numbers. Is there a way to call or chat using MS Teams? I am guessing that I could probably use the Launch function to open the app but not sure from there. Any help, ideas, or suggestions are welcomed, thanks.
