Fields are blank when clicking on a list item

Hello,

The info in my list item all appears but when I click on the actual list item for it to pop out, some fields are blank. Is there any troubleshooting tips for this?

Bonus issue: the "description" gives a weird html link on top of what the description text a type in is. In this example it should just state "Hot Testing"

Hi @Theandster33 what type of field is operator?

You get the HTML at the top of the text field because the description column is set up as a rich text type as opposed to plain text.

Thank you for the help on the description field, that worked! The operator is a "Person or Group" column which ties into our database and pulls anyone that works at our company. I blacked it out because my full name is under there lol. The operator field is good, but the "GHQ testing machine asset #", "Expected start date", and "Time equipment is occupied (hrs)" for some reason does not show up when I go to edit a list item or even preview it like the picture on top. However, when I fill them out on the form, those fields seem fine.
