Powerapps help

I have created a list in SharePoint and turned it into an App using PowerApps. 

 

Now I have that list divided up onto different pages on the App to make it more user friendly. But when the user goes to edit something on the list and click the 'Tick' box in the top right hand corner, it comes up with an error message.

 

Can anyone help?

    This problem should be created in another forum, please create here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Get-Help-with-Power-Apps/ct-p/PA_General (you can create on the Power Apps forum)

    And close to this topic accepting the answer as the solution, please.
