Hello,
Can we customize the pin icons on map in canvas app? Can we show 'Office Building' icon instead of default marker icon?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Would you like to use custom image templates?

Yes, I would like to use custom image templates.
I checked the links shared by you. But, didn't get how to use the HTMLMarker in Canvas Apps.
I tried as shown in the video by Shane Young, but the custom icon is not reflecting on the map. Please check below screenshots.
