The download btn's visibility is set to varFilter=1 to 5 respectively. Such that it is only when I click on those btns that the download btns should appear. But on launch of the page, the download btn shows by default. How do I make it to disappear by default (when the app is launched)?
Set varfilter to 0 at start of the app, also, add false after your true in the if statement.

Get rid of the If(). Your formula reduces to true or false without it.

@Drrickryp Ok, I have removed it and it's still showing the button on start of the app and I actually wonder why at this time.
Eliminate them one by one until you find the culprit.
