I am busy creating an app that can view PDF's within sharepoint and displaying the PDF's in a gallery in Powerapps. All the files are on 1 document library. I created a flow that I can display to PDF's within the PowerApp. This is working fine, but I want to only select certain files, not the entire document library. I created a column in sharepoint and assigned the different categories to each file within the library. I only want to select the files within a certain category to display in the gallery. How do I only select files based on the category and not the entire library?
Can you post your current Items property of the gallery of files? And also the name of the column that has the category?

Hi, Thanks for your response. I have attached screenshots with the relevant info. Within Sharepoint, I created a text column called "Product" where I assigned each line with the relevant product name. Please see screenshots.
Hey @Suridup
Can you try to update the Items property of the gallery control as:
Filter(Documents, Product = "PowerApps")
This will only fetch the items where Product is equal to "PowerApps".
Hope this Helps!

Hi!
Thanks for the reply!. I did this and it seems to only select the "PowerApps" documents. Great! (as it only shows 3 documents), but the name of the document is now missing. please see screenshot.
Hi @Suridup
Can you please confirm the "Text" property of the Label inside gallery as:
ThisItem.'File name with extension'
Thanks a lot! This did the trick, except, I added ThisItem.'Name' as I only needed the name, not file name with extention. Thanks a lot for your help!
