    Hi @Teresa24486,

Does your environment have D365 installed with Field Service or it is a CDS environment? Also, try switching forms then save the record to see if that works?

    Hi,

I dint get you when you asked "Does your environment have D365 installed with Field Service or it is a CDS environment?"

Also I'm getting the same error on switching forms:

D365 and Field Service are other Microsoft First party apps on top of CDS. They come with scheduling services which is why I asked.

Doing more online searching (http://ronaldlemmen.blogspot.com/2007/05/error-when-creating-new-appointment.html), it seems that it's related to invalid Resource records in CDS. In Advanced Find, look for Resource entity and try to find any records related to inactive Users and delete them. If you can't find Resource entity then suggest to submit a Microsoft Support Ticket at: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    Good luck 🙂

I just searched under all entities for Resource Entity and couldnt find one. wanted to confirm before sending a support ticket to Microsoft.ent1.PNG

Do you have Bookable Resource entity then?

BTW it seems you do have D365 Field Service or Unified Resource Scheduling (URS) installed. Can you please share a screenshot of your solutions from make.powerapps.com --> Solutions? This would mean that from your other post, you do have SLAs enabled in your environment.

Where can i enable SLA if there? In my previous screenshots, i couldnt find it.

This is the only entity here- Bookable Resource Association :

Interesting. Like mentioned I would submit a Microsoft ticket... Keep me posted of the results 🙂

Was this ever solved? I've just installed Project for the Web which also added Resource Scheduling, which looks great, but I've now got this issue and also don't seem to have access to the Bookable Resource table, only Bookable Resource Association.

@Teresa24486  did you submit a MS ticket afterall? Or have you solved it?

    Hi @EricRegnier@jmmillson ,

The error randomly used to come up, so MS couldnt help with a fix. I dont have that error anymore. Kind of unsure why I received that error in the first place.
