Develop powerapp canvas to generate PDF / Word from input excel table

I'm currently working on the development of powerapp canvas. I have an excel sheet containing table of two column, Hazard category and requirements related to each hazards (Some list of the hazard categories are repeated as it spell out line by line of the requirements, and some of the requirements same for other hazards categories). I want to transform this into a system via PowerApp Canvas app for user to develop contractual agreement based on the hazards applicable for dedicated project. The system should allow user to select hazard(s) applicable for his/her project, then all applicable requirements will be displayed and deliverables for it to be extracted as document via word / pdf. The selection of the hazards must be unique, same goes to the requirements must be unique based on hazards selection. How to achieve this or rather is this even possible?

Yes it is possible.

Use the Plan designer to create a business solution with Copilot (preview) - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

Use the plan designer and add your description to get a start on the design,

I would use SharePoint lists rather than excel and add the tables,

You would then use a canvas app to select the categories and the related other data would appear and call a Power Automate flow which would generate the word document and save it to a SharePoint folder or email it to who ever,

You will need to flesh out your details a bit more,

But i don't think so Plan designer can be helpful in this much use case. It can help him in designing the table and schema model if he is going with dataverse but if we prefer SharePoint as a datasource the designer generated app and flow doesn't have much impact i believe based on my personal experience.

Can you please much more elaborate with wireframe what you are looking for, the requirement is raw.

Thanks for your input.

To elaborate further, following is the snippet of sharepoint list that I have for this.

And following is what I aspired the canvas app to be:
1. ComboBox where user can select the applicable HazardCategory
2. Gallery where it'll displayed unique requirements based on the hazards selected (Note: some requirements maybe be induplication with other hazards, and I want it to be filtered out)
3. PDF icon as button for the items displayed in gallery to be exported as PDF file

Drop Down which you added will have the data of HazardCategory, Gallery what data you want to display i mean If i Select Oil under pressure as hazard category it have multiple entries and requirement details are little different.

You want to compare against which table against the hazardcategory or requirement details ?

You need a separate list containing the unique values or your first column

First dropdown has the options Oil Under Pressure, Hydrocarbons Under pressure, LPGs

Second dropdown uses the selected value of the first dropdown. When you select Oil Under Pressure it would show the 4 possible options

You now have the category selected and the requirement

You have not provided details of what happens next in the process
