Create record 'purchase requisition' in Dynamics 365 for Operations

I created OOTB template, and connected to dynamics 365 F&O. I selected the table Purchase requisition headers.

I have three screens. I want to add new. When click 'submit' icon, i'm getting an error (see attachemnt: error1).

If i remove the field than i'm getting another error: requisitionnumber: field required.

 

Any help available ?

    There is no template named OOTB, can you share the full name of this template? Also, please share the related formulas that might cause this error.

    Yes yes ... there is one :). The simply with galery, view and edit/new form. The new form not work in order to create a record with D365F&O connector, but

     

    i solved the issue. To create a record in D365F&O i need to use flow for D365F&O. It simply work.
