Hi Power Virtual Agent cohort.
We will replace existing "Live Chat" on our website (https://www.opuscamper.com.au/) with Power Virtual Agents that we developed.
Now Live Chat is integrated with Google Analytics, in the real time.
How can we have real time integration between published Power Virtual Agents and Google Analytics? Our website is done in wordpress.
All replies are highly appreciated since this is only process stop before Power Virtual Agents Go Live at our company.

Hi Nmk.
We still did not have Go Live. We are outsourcing web site maintenance&development services so we had a lot of challenges to enable widget that will replace Live Chat Integration with GA feature. Hopefully, we will have it live in the upcoming weeks.

Yes, you can do the solution proposed by your developers.
If you want to get more analytics around PVA chat or conversation, you can open the Power Virtual Agents analytics and export the data there.

Thanks for the reply. I will create idea for this use case since this is inly process stop we are having before Power Virtual Agents Go Live on our website.
Do you know can we have workaround for this challenge? Maybe development of the web site word press code. I have asked our web developers to develop web site code, to track visitors who clicked on the button to open Power Virtual Agents for the conservation but they seemed to be not interested for that solution.
