Hi all,
I am creating a media library within SharePoint and wanted to implement an approval process so pictures can be checked and approved before they are seen by other users. I have been following the following guides Require approval of documents in SharePoint using Power Automate | Microsoft Learn and Power Automate Document Approval workflow for SharePoint (youtube video).
The error message I am getting is saying that the file doesn't exist. But it does.
I have attached my 'Run History' and my flow.
Would be grateful for any assistance with this issue.

The screenshot is a bit small so I'm guessing my answer right now. If you can send here one with the bigger resolution, it would help confirm if my suggestion is right.
As I see on your flow, you are retrieving the attachment data using a OneDrive Step. For your case you should be using the SharePoint Get Attachment. Please see the second image below.
