Ticket allocation

I need to automate ticket allocation system depending on available resource and resource skill set. Is that possible using PVA

    Hi @Yallaling ,

     

    You've not mentioned which system. Assuming you're having access to the APIs of  the ticket allocation system.

    If so you can consume the API and from PVA try to call action and build flow for same. And in flow you can try to use HTTP trigger and use the response as needed.

    Hi @Shujaath_Khan,

     

    There is no ticket allocation system. @Yallaling is starting from scratch with an Excel file as the source.
