I need a power automate flow to be created, when i receive an email, if i am not responding to the email sender,  within the mail received time to now time,

if I  am not responding to the sender within 10mins the alert email should go to notifier1s email (with some mail body message to take action on received email ) which is defined in escalation table,

if I don't respond to sender within 20 mins the alert email should go to notifier2s email of escalation table.

I don't have to manually hardcode these 10 20 mins as values it should be dynamically taken from the escalation matrix table.

so how do I create this power automate flow while bringing that table data also dynamically to alert the specific notifier via email.

pls help me guide me step by step to create the flow I am stuck with this scenario, please help i will b really thankful to you all,

pls explain me step by step on what to do regarding this flow creation.

You could use the delay until function with a reference back to your escalation matrix table under a scheduled flow setup.
