Limitación de Conocimiento de Copilot Estudio

I am adding knowledge to my Copilot Studio agent, this source is from 5 public websites but I get an error when publishing it with its limitation of 4 BING sources, Can my agent be configured to have more than 4 public websites?

Hi @JN-12100036-0

This is an error you get when your query tries to go across too many public site sources. If this agent is enabled to use BING powered searches, then you either have to turn that off or return the number of Public sources, but you cannot do both.

For example, reduce it temporarily to 1 and the error will probably go away, but if you are specifically using BING, these sites are also public and it causes an issue with how many it can go across.

It is a built in limit, but is not the same limit as only have a total of 5 public sites (where bing search is off)

This is the answer to the problem :-( sorry to say, you have to pick one direction or the other. You could technically put in some instructions that would ask the bot to limit which public sites you use for a specific Topic etc.

@Michael E. GernaeyThe Copilot agent has BING disabled in its settings, but it still sent me that error message when I published my agent, or where do I disable Bing?

Did you by chance turn this off also.

If not turn that off as well.

Do you have SharePoint also? So you are mixing Authenticated with Public knowledge?

And any chance this is a GCC, Gov Tenant?

Apologies on the delay. What is funny is I cannot reproduce this :-(. In every environment I have I have it configured just as I asked you. I even created others and I did not run into this issue.

So something is missing I am not seeing.

If you create a totally new bot. Don't tell it to do anything at all. Just create one that has no instructions, and you simply add 5 or 6 Knowledge sources

Does it fail also?

When I create a blank Agent, with your 5 sources, it wants me to confirm ownership or it doesn't want to go forward. It doesn't want too, but it will
but then it will mark at least one as if I own it so that it will use Bing search.

Did you confirm all of these as you owning them or can you share if any are marked with the green starish shape?

Also you mentioned you have SharePoint, so what is your Authentication set to? And is this going into Teams/Copilot 365?

Agente con error.Si estoy usando canal de via autenticación manual y tengo otro bot que ya esta ba creado casi de 0 y esta con autenticación microsoft el detalle que tengo es que no me deja publicar en ambos por esos sitios agregados y no aparece el error de tema especifífico solo me sale error de todo el agente. que está en mi primera publicación te mando pantalla . cuando soy mostrar sin procesar sale el mesnaje descrito en mi primera publicación. Los sitios públicos estan marcados como propietario

Prueba recomendada desde 0. He creado uno nuevo , sin hacer cambios , si me funciona el agregar mas de 5 sitios públicos y realizo la publicación sin problemas , tambien hice la prueba agregando el site de sharepoint

Imagen : al activar y desactivar "Buscar solo en los origenes seleccionados" aparece ese mensaje y no me queda de otra a limite de 4 sitios para la publicación y evitar ese error , si no lo lo modifico podria reconocer mas sitios entiendo.

como observación : pensé que se trataba algo sobre tema del sistema "Conversational boosting" en el problema original , en el nodo de respuesta generativa ,ya que cuando se modifica a personalizar los sitios activando y volviendo a desactivar te aparece la advertencia de mas de 4 sitios públicos en el mismo nodo . segun entiendo es que cada nodo respuesta de ia generativa tiene como maximo 4 sitios web públicos , en el ultimo caso de prueba "Agente 1" en la imagen que me funciona la públicación, se replica ese mismo mensaje pero si me permite públicar conocimientos de mas de 4 sitios públicos a nivel de agente pero si toco ese nodo de respuesta IA generativa a personalizar sitios y volver a activar la búsqueda de todo el conocimientos de los sitiós se limita a solo 4 sitios públicos.

el restablecer a predeterminado del tema "Conversational boosting" no funciona. tanto para el caso de agentes antiguos como el nuevo agente que he creado

Ya he creado ticket a soporte , pero me gustaria tambien que me ayudara por aquí para realizar otras pruebas y descartar si es posible espero si en caso sea rehacer todo de nuevo no me quedaria de otra .
