Hello everyone

I have some use cases for automation and I want to differentiate which ones can be handled by Copilot Agent or PAD. From a theoritical POV, when do you choose PAD and when do you choose Copilot Agents?

It's actually pretty straight forward

PAD is for running things on a Desktop session triggerable flows. So if you want to screen scrape a website, or process email out of your local email and do things related to automating Screen UI work (across SAP, Dynamics etc etc etc) its PAD

If you want to run things in the cloud that go across Services, Platforms etc etc all in a very secure cloud manner, then Copilot Autonomous Agents are cloud based "triggered" activities/flows etc.

Completely different things

P.S. In the future you should come up with some scenarios, instead of asking a question so broad. In this case its easy as they are so different, but in many cases that would not be true and would be hard to help you :-)
