I was recently building my first Power App which is a session sign-up app for a competition and was tasked with creating a button that allowed a facilitator to create a Teams Meeting with the judges and participants signed up for a session when pressing a button. I was able to follow the steps that Shane Young had in his YouTube tutorial, (linked here: Create Teams meeting link from Power Apps and Power Automate for Outlook - YouTube ) and it was able to accomplish everything I was looking for!
However when I was relaying this back to the head of the competition, they expressed that they didn't want to the meeting to automatically appear on their calendars as it was designed here but rather just have all of the important meeting info auto populate in a draft that the facilitator can then send out afterwards. Is it possible to accomplish this through Power Apps? Would there be a better way to tackle it in Power Automate? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
