Hello. We want to understand what application(s) is eating our storage capacity? (Powerapps, PowerAutomate, Dynamics365 etc)

and where can we find the specific information or the data found on this graph?

I read the docs from Microsoft but still don't understand what specific information is using up all of our data. Thank you in advance!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @jbanes ,

It looks like you might be working with a trial or a developer environment?  You are showing 0 MB allocated so this is usually when you have no allocated licenses for the Dataverse other than "trial" or "developer".

It looks like web resources are taking up significant storage of what is allocated.  Do you have a number of solutions installed in the environment that might be taking up the storage?

From a standard licensing perspective... If you license a single Power Apps Per User license you will be granted 10GB of storage (database) and file / audit storage as well...  Not sure the licenses you have right now but that would be the first thing is to make sure you get that allocation to work with.  You will get additional allocations for additional Power Apps Per App and Power Apps Per User licenses (50MB, 400MB respectively).

--- How and where do we see that information? We've been trying to see what or which solution is taking up our storage.

Regarding License, we have 3 people in our org that have PowerApps License. If you are pertaining to this:

    Hi @jbanes ,

Sorry I must have missed your reply here...

The licenses you have identified above for PowerApps above, none of these come with Dataverse capacity that I am aware of.  I know it does not come with the Microsoft 365 licensing and I am pretty sure it doesn't come with Business Central or Talent either.

I think you will want to purchase at least a Power Apps Per App license (one of them) and this will give you an initial allocation of 5GB of storage.  If you purchase a Power Apps Per User license it increases this initial allocation to 10GB.  From there, incremental by user as I identified.

I don't know of a way to check per solution on the storage but if you get the license it will solve the issues with the storage.
