PowerApps Code Component for SharePoint CRUD

I am new to modern SharePoint development and have gone through the tutorials of Power Apps code component. I came across a problem to do CRUD against a SharePoint Library. I was able to create the file upload, create the file bufferArray and then on button click create an event listener to call a REST API to create a document in a specific doc library.

Everything is fine, but the problem is that SharePoint is giving access denied on click of the button which means that everything is fine except for the authentication part. How do I solve this issue. Is Azure App registration the route to take

Basically, how do I do a SharePoint CRUD from a custom code component in Power Apps. Please guide me to an article or material that can help me achieve this. If there is a learning curve, kindly let me know what I need to learn before I can understand the process

Thanks and appreciate the help
