Please help - how to hide hint hint text on view form and show hint text on edit form?

Sample image below - this is on a view form. I want to disable the hint text on certain fields if it is on view form. Currently the hint text works as expected when I click the edit button which changes it to edit form.

You could make your hint text a conditional formula, like:

If(YOURFormName.Mode = FormMode.View, "", "Describe the concept, where it originated, and the expected course titles." )
