"Leave Request" template has gone from Power Apps homepage

I can't find the "Leave Request" Power Apps template from the Power Apps creation page as of now.... I can only see four templates remained. Has it been deleted by MS and won't be got back again?

    You can review it via Phone app, from  sample app you will find it.
    That app template used DEPRECATED Office 365 Users connector actions, maybe there's why it isn't in the template list.
