为什么布尔值问题无法识别”否“？/Why boolean can't recongnize "NO"?

如图，为何”布尔值“类型的满意度调查问题无法正确识别”否“呢？而默认的选项给的又是”否“。这就很令人费解。

pic 1 shows when you type "否", agent answer "Sorry, I can't understand."

And Pic 2 shows the Boolean question's default answer for FALSE is "否".

Why agent can't recongnize "NO" as a negative answer?

Note: "NO", means "否" in Chinese, which should equal to "false".

BTW, this problem is just like in English, you can only use "NO" for a negative answer, but can't use "Nop".

For questions identifying a Boolean output (yes/no), we have a mechanism to evaluate whether the user query is positive, negative, or neutral. We do this to make sure the implication of user queries can be understood even when the users are not explicitly answering "yes" or "no" to this kind of question. Here, it seems "否" is identified as neutral.

I'll try to see if I can repro on my end, but if you can't get an admin to open a support request for you, maybe try to change the options from Boolean to Multiple choice options and then re-write options for Yes and Nno, with the desired variations as synonyms?

@AnLazyOtter I can reproduce the issue.

Chinese (simplified) is a preview language so this might explain why such glitches may still exist in the model.
I've shared the issue with my colleagues, I'll keep you posted.
