Hi Team,
I am following the steps provided here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/configuration-hand-off-omnichannel#install-extension-solutions
As you can see below, I have installed the required messaging extension properly
However, the warning message ('Your bot does not have access....') still there which I assume that it may be the reason why we can get it work:
Also tried to enter the AppID anyway but got an an error ('There was a problem adding your bot to Omnichannel. Try again'):
Has Anyone ever faced it before ?
