Publishing to MS Teams

We publish our chatbot to MS Teams channel.

However, the video link (YouTube video link) does not appear and output the following error message:

Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:1xnf7yyRD2qGO2ouIYcFroOlHvtpvUN-2sy8AWZEFrmDW3_RxDLrKTQVqa1gMtaQwQIpsn39lf_3MxPKbHmVw6T9Nq6eg4lMe6L3sDHwsJL3uT1_7qFatwuwFCTBqvwFy.

Hi @TC-06030542-0, Could you please elaborate on your actual requirement and how you are populating the video link?

I would recommend reviewing this to learn more about error codes.

I add a media (youtube video link) to be displayed using the 'Message'. The video is able to display properly and run in the Test environment in Copilot studio itself. No error is generated from the whole chatbot flow.

When I try to publish it to MS Teams, the video link does not work, and the above system error is generated.

I have no idea what this system error could be due to.
